I am a fully bilingual Registered Clinical Psychologist. I provide assessment, consultation, and psychotherapy to adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management problems, anger management problems, self-esteem issues, relationship problems, as well as adjustment to health problems and chronic pain. I also have a special interest in, and extensive experience in, the assessment and treatment of trauma-related disorders including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Dissociative Disorders. I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy, combining tools from different approaches including insight-oriented therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work collaboratively with my clients to set treatment goals and tailor my therapeutic approach to the needs of my clients.

I am a registered clinical psychologist. My training qualifies me to work with adults seeking a variety of mental health services including mood, anxiety and trauma. In addition, I have research and clinical experiences directly related to the field of Oncology and as a result have a strong interest in working with individuals who require psychological support following a cancer diagnosis. Treatment provided will largely come from an interpersonal perspective but also utilize an integrative approach to include other modalities such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy when deemed appropriate.
